Brian Heaberlin, M.D.
Dr. Heaberlin is a native of Wayne County. He earned a bachelor’s degree in both Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from West Virginia University Institute of Technology before graduating from Marshall University School of Medicine. Dr. Heaberlin completed his residency at the University of Kentucky Division of Otolaryngology and Department of Surgery.
Following his residency, Dr. Heaberlin returned home and joined the staff of Huntington Internal Medicine Group as an otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and received further specialized training by the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He has served in multiple administrative roles at HIMG and is a past president of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Heaberlin sees both pediatric and adult patients. Although he manages all facets of ear, nose, and throat disorders, he has special interest in the management of sinus and nasal disorders. He has received special training and certification for procedures to dilate the Eustachian tubes in order to help reduce some types of chronic ear disease.
He is married with two children. In his free time, Dr. Heaberlin enjoys tennis, golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
